The University of Minnesota’s TCF Bank Stadium was the first LEED-certified football stadium in the United States of America. LEED Silver®-certification was awarded to the stadium for its demonstration of sustainability in its structure. It was achieved by using Kawneer’s 500 Tuffline® Entrances, 1600 SS Curtain Wall System, Trifab® 450 Framing System and Trifab® 451T Framing System.
