The Nanaimo Cruise Ship Terminal successfully combines wood, glass and steel to create an attractive, airy and honest building that meets the operational needs of the port. Kawneer contributed to the design of the Nanaimo Cruise Ship Terminal with our Clearwall® Curtain Wall System and 1602 Wall System with thermal windows for a sleek, all-glass facade. The design allows for optimum sunlight to warm the stone floor, generating heat that is slowly released and circulated through the structure and creating an attractive, airy and energy-efficient building that meets the operational needs of the port.
