A reflection of the city’s rich history, 20 Fulton Street East is a 12-story mixed-use development. The 190,000-square-foot structure includes 13,000 square feet of retail/commercial space. The residential entrance opens into a double-height lobby. With an assortment of complementary black and sterling grey painted Kawneer window systems and entrances, the building is inviting to both consumers and residents. In addition, the project has earned LEED Silver®.
