The 16-story Parq on Speer is a mixed-use, urban development in the Golden Triangle neighborhood that is an elevated take on upscale, urban living. Just outside of uptown Denver, the residential tower includes 302 units and 12,000 square feet of retail at the street level anchored by an urban grocery store and coffee shop at one corner and a restaurant at the other. The building features Kawneer’s MetroView® FG 501T Window Wall as well as 1600 Wall System®1 Curtain Wall at the pool level.
