The apartment block has been granted an enviable Four-Star Commercial Rating from Austin Energy Green Building, comparable to a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold® rating. The Austonian also received a “Best of” award from Texas Construction in 2010. It was also recognized by the Urban Land Institute as the best real estate development project completed in the city.
